Service scope is determined by the category selected and any written confirmation issued by WiserPivot. Additional written agreements, where applicable, shall supplement these Terms but shall not override them unless expressly stated.

 

2. Nature of Services

 

All services are advisory, analytical, design, or development-based in nature.

 

WiserPivot does not provide:

• Legal advice

• Tax advisory services

• Investment advisory services

• Medical advice

• Psychological or therapeutic counseling

 

Clients retain full responsibility for decisions made based on discussions, documents, designs, or digital tools provided.

 

No outcome, financial result, business growth, funding success, or performance improvement is guaranteed.

 

3. Engagement & Payment

• Payment terms are communicated prior to service delivery.

• Consulting sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Project-based services may require advance or milestone-based payments.

• Work shall commence only after payment confirmation, where applicable.

 

WiserPivot reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services in case of non-payment.

 

4. No Refund Policy

 

All payments made to WiserPivot Solutions are final and non-refundable.

 

Refunds, if any, may be considered solely at the discretion of WiserPivot under extraordinary circumstances. Such consideration does not create any obligation or precedent.

5. Financial Clarity Documents

 

Financial Clarity Essentials are structured analytical documents prepared based on information provided by the client.

 

These documents:

• Are not audited financial statements

• Are not statutory filings

• Are not regulatory compliance documents

 

Accuracy depends entirely on data supplied by the client. WiserPivot shall not be liable for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

 

6. Design Services

 

Design services may include logo concepts, website setup, and marketing material design.

 

Unless explicitly agreed:​

• Printing services are not included.

• Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, integrations, etc.) are separate.

• Revisions are limited to the agreed scope.

 

Final deliverables are released only upon full payment.

 

7. Software & Digital Tools

 

Software solutions may include proprietary frameworks and custom-built systems.

 

Unless explicitly agreed in writing:​

• WiserPivot retains ownership of core frameworks, methodologies, reusable logic, and internal systems.

• Clients receive usage rights for the delivered solution as defined per engagement.

 

Third-party infrastructure, hosting, integrations, APIs, or subscriptions may involve additional costs and are governed by respective third-party terms.

 

8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

 

All proprietary frameworks, templates, internal methodologies, and structured systems developed by WiserPivot remain its intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

 

Clients retain ownership of:

• Their business name

• Brand identity (once final deliverables are released and paid for)

• Content and business data supplied

 

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of WiserPivot proprietary materials is prohibited.

 

All content on this website, including blogs, tools, downloadable materials, videos, and books, is the intellectual property of WiserPivot Solutions unless otherwise stated.

 

Users may access content for personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any content, in part or whole, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Any books or digital materials provided are for individual use only and are not to be shared, distributed, or resold in any format.

All tools and calculations provided are for informational and decision-support purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

WiserPivot Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue or profit loss

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Decisions made based on consultation or documentation

• Issues arising from third-party services

 

Total liability, if established, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Third-Party Services, Affiliate & External Links

 

Certain services may involve third-party providers (hosting platforms, payment gateways, integrations, analytics tools, etc.) OR platforms like YouTube.  The site may include affiliate links in the future. We may earn a commission from purchases made through such links at no additional cost to the user.

 

WiserPivot is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions

• Policy or pricing changes

• Security incidents

• Technical failures originating from third-party providers

 

Clients are subject to respective third-party terms.

12. Appointment-Based Services

 

Offline and onsite services are conducted strictly by prior appointment.

 

WiserPivot does not entertain walk-ins or unscheduled visits.

 

Exact location details may be shared only after confirmation of appointment.

 

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

 

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune, Maharashtra.

 

14. Modifications

 

WiserPivot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and shall take effect upon publication.

 

15. Acceptance

 

By engaging WiserPivot Solutions in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
