REFUND & CANCELLATION
POLICY

Effective Date: 1st March 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to WiserPivot Solutions (“WiserPivot”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for consultancy, financial clarity services, design, software development, and digital tools.

 

By making payment for any service, you agree to this policy.

 

1. General Policy

 

All payments made to WiserPivot Solutions are final and non-refundable.

 

Refunds may be considered only under extraordinary circumstances and solely at the discretion of WiserPivot. Such consideration:

  • Does not create an obligation

  • Does not establish precedent

  • Shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

 

Extraordinary circumstances may include serious medical emergencies, force majeure events, or other situations beyond reasonable control. Business dissatisfaction, change of mind, or delay in client response shall not qualify as extraordinary circumstances.

 

2. Consultancy Sessions

 

a) Payment Confirmation

 

Consulting sessions (online, in-person, or onsite) must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Once payment is made:

  • No refunds shall be issued.

  • The session may be rescheduled subject to reasonable prior notice and availability.

 

b) Session Commencement

 

Once a session has commenced:

  • No refund shall be provided under any circumstances.

  • If a session is paused or interrupted due to unforeseen or technical reasons, it may be rescheduled at the discretion of WiserPivot.

 

Repeated rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

 

3. Onsite Sessions

 

For onsite engagements:

  • Once payment is made and confirmation provided, no refunds shall be issued.

  • Rescheduling may be considered based on availability.

 

Any travel or logistical costs incurred are non-refundable.

 

4. Financial Clarity Essentials

 

Financial Clarity services involve customized analytical work.

 

Once work has commenced:

  • No refunds shall be provided.

 

This applies irrespective of delivery stage.

 

5. Design Services

 

Design services (logo, website, marketing materials):

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • Once work has commenced, no refunds shall be provided.

 

Revisions within agreed scope do not constitute grounds for refund.

 

6. Software & Digital Tools

 

For custom software development:

· Advance payments are non-refundable.

· Once development has commenced, no refunds shall be provided.

 

For proprietary digital tools, including but not limited to the Financial Clarity Engine and similar downloadable or web-based tools:

· All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.

· No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances once access is granted, the file is downloaded, or the tool is used.

· Users are advised to review product details carefully before purchase.

 

Any issues related to access or basic usability may be addressed at the discretion of WiserPivot, but shall not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Digital Products

 

All digital products, including but not limited to tools, downloadable Excel files, books, reports, and resources, are non-refundable once access is provided, the file is delivered, or download is initiated.

 

Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability before purchase.

8. Product-Specific Payment Terms

 

  • Some products, tools, or applications may:

    • Follow different pricing models

    • Have different refund or no-refund structures

  • In such cases:

9. Free Tools & Calculators

 

Certain tools, calculators, or resources may be provided free of cost on the website.

 

Such tools:

· Are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only

· Do not guarantee accuracy or completeness

· Do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice

 

WiserPivot shall not be liable for any decisions made based on outputs from such tools.

 

Free access does not create any obligation for support, maintenance, or continued availability.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

​

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Restriction from future engagement

  • Recovery proceedings where legally permissible

11. Policy Updates

​

WiserPivot reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication.
