PRODUCT & PLATFORM TERMS FRAMEWORK

1. Introduction

 

This Product & Platform Terms Framework (“Framework”) explains how WiserPivot Solutions (“WiserPivot”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates multiple products, platforms, applications, and digital tools under a unified brand structure.

 

This Framework should be read in conjunction with WiserPivot’s:

  • Terms of Service

  • Privacy Policy

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Software License Terms

 

By accessing or using any product associated with WiserPivot, you acknowledge and agree to this Framework.

2. Multi-Product Structure

 

WiserPivot Solutions operates as a parent entity that may develop, manage, and offer:

  • Web-based tools and calculators

  • Mobile applications

  • Software platforms

  • Digital products and downloadable resources

  • Structured decision-support systems

 

Each of these may function as a distinct product or platform under the WiserPivot umbrella.

  • Is to be treated as an independent operational layer, even though owned by WiserPivot

 

Use of one product does not imply:

  • Access to other products

  • Shared functionality across products

  • Interoperability unless explicitly stated

 

 

4. Product-Specific Terms

 

Each product or platform may publish its own:

  • Terms of Use / Terms of Service

  • Privacy Policy

  • Refund / Payment Policy

  • Usage Guidelines

  • Disclaimers

 

These product-specific policies:

  • Apply exclusively to that product

  • Govern all interactions within that product

  • May differ from WiserPivot’s general policies

 

 

5. Hierarchy of Terms

 

In case of any conflict between:

  • WiserPivot’s general policies
    AND

  • Product-specific policies

 

👉 Product-specific terms shall prevail for that product.

 

WiserPivot’s general policies continue to apply where product-specific terms are silent.

 

 

6. Data & Privacy Separation

 

Different products may:

  • Collect different types of data

  • Use different data handling mechanisms

  • Operate under separate privacy frameworks

 

User data may or may not be shared across products.

 

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Data collected in one product is not assumed to be shared with another

  • Users may be required to provide information separately for different products

 

 

7. Payments & Financial Transactions

 

Payments made across WiserPivot products may:

  • Follow different pricing models (one-time, subscription, per-use, etc.)

  • Be governed by product-specific refund or no-refund policies

 

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable payment terms before transacting.

 

 

8. No Cross-Liability Between Products

 

Each product operates within its defined scope.

 

Accordingly:

  • WiserPivot does not assume liability across unrelated products

  • Issues arising in one product do not create obligations in another

  • Performance, accuracy, or outcomes of one product do not extend to others

 

 

9. Third-Party Dependencies

 

Individual products may rely on:

  • Third-party APIs

  • Hosting platforms

  • Payment gateways

  • External integrations

 

Such dependencies may vary by product and are governed by respective third-party terms.

 

WiserPivot is not responsible for disruptions or changes caused by such third-party services.

 

 

10. Product Availability & Modifications

 

WiserPivot reserves the right to:

  • Launch new products

  • Modify existing products

  • Discontinue any product or feature

  • Change pricing, structure, or access models

 

Such changes may occur independently for each product.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All products, platforms, tools, and systems developed by WiserPivot remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

 

Users are granted limited rights strictly for intended use within each product.

 

Unauthorized:

  • Copying

  • Redistribution

  • Reverse engineering

  • Commercial reuse

 

is strictly prohibited.

 

 

12. No Guarantee of Outcomes

 

Products and tools provided by WiserPivot are intended for:

  • Informational purposes

  • Decision support

  • Functional utility

 

WiserPivot does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of outputs

  • Real-world results

  • Financial or business outcomes

  • Performance improvements

 

Users remain fully responsible for their decisions and actions.

 

 

13. Limitation of Responsibility

 

WiserPivot’s role is limited to providing platform access and functionality.

 

We shall not be liable for:

  • Product-specific inaccuracies

  • User decisions based on outputs

  • Losses arising from usage of any product

  • Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control

 

Liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

 

 

14. Relationship with Parent Policies

 

This Framework:

  • Supplements WiserPivot’s existing policies

  • Does not replace them

  • Provides structural clarity across products

 

Users are advised to review both:

  • General WiserPivot policies

  • Product-specific policies

before engaging.

 

 

15. Updates to Framework

 

WiserPivot may update this Framework at any time.

 

Updated versions shall:

  • Be published on the website

  • Take effect immediately upon publication

 

Continued use of any product constitutes acceptance of the updated Framework.
