Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and may be scheduled up to 2 weeks ahead. All bookings require advance payment confirmation. Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable prior notice, subject to availability. Once a session has commenced, it is considered utilized. No refunds are provided except under extraordinary circumstances as defined in our Refund Policy.
